1. Proposal Purpose:

Discussing how to best identify, engage and communicate with SubDAO Board candidates. A SubDAO Board is intended to be a group of 2-5 individuals that will help facilitate and support operations between the DAO and SubDAOs. The goal of this conversation is to help address and identify the necessary incentives or challenges to attracting the best people for these roles.

2. Grape Proposal Overview:

Identifying community members willing to participate and support SubDAO management. What this entails is candidate discovery, election, voting, and launch of unique SubDAOs.

3. Stakeholders

Prospect Members of each SubDAO to become SubDAO Board members and the DAO Board.

4. Costs/Resource Requirements:

It’s expected that SubDAO Board members will be rewarded for their efforts in an amount of GRAPE that can be discussed and decided by the DAO, DAO Board and SubDAOs, respectively.

Suggested amount of Grape should be no more than 10,000 GRAPE per Person/Member. This is open to debate
