Update on this: Premium Dyno since its needs to be paid every month will be canceled and the subDAO will proceed with the free version. MEE6 Premium is permanent and paid by @DeanMachine.

Purchase CM subDAO Community Management Services to manage the GRAPE community on discord.

2. Grape Proposal Overview:

CM subDAO’s community management services are provided 24/7 and include member support, supervision and management of discord channels.

3. Stakeholders

Grape Community Members.

4. Costs/Resource Requirements:

900 USDC + 53k GRAPE to be deposited monthly on the CM subDAO’s Squads Treasure (4CymeCLrEg1EJLaYNuRWX6zzev8q1HjLhjXB4WGgCUR8).

The costs of the proposal aren’t to be changed, so the above is invalid.

All information about the proposal is in the initial post. The reason that is not on-chain is due me the writer of the proposal don’t meet the requirements to put on the chain and had to rely on the DAO Board to discuss it during the month of June.

Since there is no more DAO Board, the proposal stays open for any Neanderthal to put it on chain if he/she thinks this is something important that needs to be addressed.

Any information about the services of the subDAO can be asked or have been asked here in Disqourse and also on Discord.

After reading your initial post and clarifying all my doubts in subsequent posts. I will create the on-chain proposal.

Am I correct in stating the points below?

  • CM subDAO’s community management services will be provided 24/7 and include member support, oversight and management of discord channels.

  • To take care of only the GRAPE community (GAN not included) 6 moderators will be needed, totaling 900 USDC + 53k GRAPE to be paid on a monthly basis.

Note: This budget is for the current state of the community. Services and pricing will likely be updated in the future.

  1. CM subDAO will always provide a helpful answer within 24 hours while always providing support and management of the whole discord.

  2. CM subDAO is asking funds for both discord servers totaling 2400 USDC + 105 696 $GRAPE for 6 members of the subDAO.

NOTE: The subDAO is asking for this funds to be delivered to the Squads treasury but doesn’t mean all of it will be used. There of course Moderators that focus only on Grape and Moderators that focus on both, so rewards will be paid by self-policing of the subDAO together with the subDAO members and Leaders.

As where we stand now, we are asking for the Grape DAO to compensate for GAN + Grape as for Grape Access Tools being a core product of Grape.

Would like to chime in on my opinion on why this proposal failed.

Given the projected overall sentiment on this vote seemed to be positive, imo what contributed to the failure of this vote was that:
-2 separate proposals were made for this , where one onchain vote with 2 execution would have sufficed; this might have confused people
-There were too many votes active on the same time and possibly the community missed these two.
-The proposal fell victim of the change in quorum, meaning requirements changed midway, as I believe the proposal was ongoing when the quorum vote passed & was activated.

Another thing to point out is that the total of people in the CM SubDAO is 7 NOT 6.
More specifically:

Yes I did see them on realms. You said there was no way to combine both grape and usdc proposals to one right?

And I’m saying that since the both proposals were written in this particular thread, then we could still combine them on chain but indicate that the combined proposal is for grape and usdc payment to the community management subdao. The direct link on chain for the proposal would direct anyone interested to this thread to read about the usdc and grape proposal
