Replenish the GRAPE DAO POOL for Bounty Creation & Rewards with $GRAPE to reward Bounties.

GRAPE DAO supports Bounty Creation & Completion rewards using a number of tools and processes to review and reward individuals for their productivity and work.

GRAPE DAO created a Squads Multi-Sig wallet which has been updated to v3 Squads. Currently, this wallet has the following amounts available to reward and ensure Bounty payments or incentives.

This request focuses on the $GRAPE amount necessary to reward existing commitments, as it is currently insufficient, owing at least 120K $GRAPE, with only 73K available.
