Removing DAO members that are not Gorilla before every weekly DAO call

1. Proposal Purpose:

There are members that are in the DAO currently that do not meet the minimum holding requirement. As this could be a transient issue, giving members a week to rectify this is a good amount of time

These members need to be removed so they cant vote on DAO proposals

2. Grape Proposal Overview:

Once a week, someone with role changing privilege’s will go through the DAO members and remove anyone that is not a Gorilla member 1 day prior to the DAO weekly meeting. This will ensure that all voting members are meeting the minimum requirement and ensure that someone doesnt have multiple accounts, moving their minimum between wallets

3. Stakeholders

This concerns DAO members

4. Costs/Resource Requirements:

No cost. Need to have 4-5 people with role changing permissions to be on-call to volunteer to handle this process every week.
