1. Proposal Purpose:
With the new compensation model described here we have the ability to better compensate Grape Members for the work they do and the value they bring to our Grape Project. Logically I think we should start with the big daddy council that chairs our DAO Calls and guides us through the angry seas of all the Agendas, the DAO Board.
2. Grape Proposal Overview:
With the preparation of a DAO Call and other duties we can say with confidence that one DAO Call amounts to a full day’s work. So I am basing my calculation on a minimum work of 2 DAO Calls a week * 8 hours * 4.3 weeks a month = 68.8 hours of work a month. A reasonable amount for an executive position like a DAO Board member would be 25$ per hour. This way we arrive at 1720$ per month for each DAO Board member.

With 5 DAO Board members = 8600$ DAO Board compensation per month.
